• Since the last note patient has gone downhill decidedly. She feels that her vision is much poorer. She is somewhat more slow mentally, and a left anosmia has become quite marked. The fundi still show about the same findings, but visual fields done today show considerable loss in vision. Dr. Cutler has been consulted in regard to this and he advises her admission to the House for determination of any possibility of operation.
