• Right ventriculograms show both anterior horns displaced to the right of the midline. The third ventricle is partly filled and is also just to the right of the midline. The right stereo shows a definite filling defect in the floor of the left anterior horn and the lateral film face up shows the third ventricle lifted up away from the sella. The ventricles otherwise are apparently normal.

• Findings indicate a suprasellar tumor extending out beneath the left frontal horn.
